Who doesn’t love a good Chicken Tandoori?
Flavoured with delicious spices, I made this recipe initially in collaboration with Shan Masala, which is a well trusted spice brand that we have been using at home since forever. The spices I used for this recipe is from Shan as well.
This recipe calls for a double Chicken marination and that’s what makes this Chicken extra-flavourful and paired with your choice of sauces and buns, this totally makes for a wholesome Grilled Chicken Burger.
I used Homemade Brioche Buns for mine and I made a dressing by mixing green chutney and mayonnaise together.
Tandoori Chicken placed on a bed of lettuce and a slice of cheese in the middle, and it was one wholesome dinner meal.
